About Handel E. Dockery
MR. HANDEL E. DOCKERY was born in Jamaica, and was raised with eight siblings by a single mother, after his father abandoned his family.
Having a great desire to travel to the America, he went on a farm workers program. He had great expectations, and was disappointed. Finding himself running from Immigration, through green cane fields filled with poisonous snakes, he escaped to Canada.
He was able to go back to school, while working as a construction worker. After converting to the Christian faith (Pentecostal Apostolic), he attended a Theological College, became an ordained Minister, and the Principal of an academic Christian School.
Currently, he is married with seven children. Mr. Dockery works in the community as a Personal Support Worker.
